Beyond CCS, the same continuous cladding line produces other bimetallic combinations. These composites are made to order rather than stocked, tell us the core, the cladding and the duty, and we will confirm feasibility and lead time within one business day.

## Key Features

- **Copper-Clad Copper (CCC)**: Copper cladding over a copper-core conductor: a cost-efficient alternative to solid copper where full conductivity is not required.
- **Copper-Clad Aluminum (CCA)**: Aluminum core with a metallurgically bonded copper skin: roughly half the weight of solid copper for weight-sensitive runs.
- **Nickel-Clad Steel (NCS)**: Nickel cladding over a steel core for high-temperature and corrosive duty beyond the range of tin or silver coatings.
